When will my order be shipped?

Orders are processed promptly upon receipt of payment. If you place your order before 3 PM (Monday to Friday), it will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3 PM will be shipped the following business day. Delivery typically takes 2-5 days.

How much does shipping cost?

• Domestic Orders: Free basic shipping is available on orders over $250.
• International Orders: Free basic shipping is offered on orders exceeding $500. All shipping options and costs will be displayed during the checkout process.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes, expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Choose the method that best meets your needs.

How are orders shipped?

In the rare event that your shipment is incorrect or arrives damaged, rest assured that we take necessary precautions. We photograph and document every order to protect against mishandling by UPS. However, if you do receive a damaged order, you have a 14-day window to contact us for a return or replacement. Our team is here to assist you with any issues that may arise.
